對于在此期間受到影響的各位游客，我們深表歉意!度假區制訂了相關票務的退改細則，請大家知悉。

【票務退改細則】

關于2021年10月31日至11月2日樂園門票

持有2021年10月31日和/或11月1日和/或11月2日的上海迪士尼樂園門票的游客，可以在未來六個月內(即針對持有2021年10月31日門票的游客為2022年4月30日之前，含該日;針對持有2021年11月1日門票的游客為2022年5月1日之前，含該日;針對持有2021年11月2日門票的游客為2022年5月2日之前，含該日)任選一天到訪上海迪士尼樂園。到訪時，游客可以在樂園入口閘機處出示在購買2021年10月31日和/或11月1日和/或11月2日樂園門票時所使用的身份證或者旅行證件原件，換取當日門票，無需提前預約*。持有兩日票的游客，請持購票時所使用的身份證或者旅行證件原件前往位于上海迪士尼樂園主入口外的游客服務中心，換取當日門票。

如因故在未來六個月內無法到訪的游客，可以進行退款。通過上海迪士尼度假區官方網站、App、微信公眾號、上海迪士尼度假區預訂服務中心、度假區飛豬官方旗艦店或京東官方旗艦店購買門票的游客，可以通過上海迪士尼度假區官方App提交退票申請，退款將于45個工作日內返回原付款賬戶。通過其他官方渠道購買門票的游客，請聯系原門票購買渠道進行退款，或參照本通知末的指引進行咨詢。

關于其他度假區產品和服務

已經通過上海迪士尼度假區官方網站、App、微信公眾號、上海迪士尼度假區預訂服務中心、度假區飛豬官方旗艦店或京東官方旗艦店購買2021年10月31日和/或11月1日和/或11月2日上海迪士尼樂園的迪士尼尊享導覽服務、迪士尼禮賓服務、樂園早享卡等其他指定日產品及服務的游客，將從原購買渠道自動獲得退款。已經通過其他官方渠道購買指定日產品及服務的游客，請聯系原購買渠道申請退款。

上海迪士尼度假區的兩座酒店目前正常運營，但我們理解部分游客可能有更改出行計劃的需求。已經預定2021年10月31日和/或11月1日和/或11月2日上海迪士尼度假區酒店的游客，可聯系原購買渠道進行咨詢。

Ticket Refund and Exchanges

For Park Tickets for October 31 to November 2, 2021

Guests with tickets to visit Shanghai Disneyland on October 31 and/or November 1 and/or November 2, 2021 may choose to visit the park on any other day within the next six months (by April 30, 2022 inclusive with respect to park tickets for October 31, 2021; by May 1, 2022 inclusive with respect to park tickets for November 1, 2021; and by May 2, 2022 inclusive with respect to park tickets for November 2, 2021). Your tickets can be redeemed at the park entrance turnstiles with the original Government Identity Card or Travel Document that was used to purchase your tickets for October 31 and/or November 1 and/or November 2, 2021 on the day of your next visit, and reservation will not be required*. For guests with two-day tickets, please proceed to the Guest Services windows located outside the turnstiles of Shanghai Disneyland’s Main Entrance with your original Government Identity Card or Travel Document on the day of your next visit.

If you cannot visit the park in the next six months, you can obtain a refund. For guests who have purchased their tickets through the Shanghai Disney Resort Official Website, App, WeChat Account, the Resort Reservation Center, the Resort Official Fliggy Flagship Store or Official Jingdong Flagship Store, you can request a refund through the resort’s official app, and you will obtain the refund through the original purchase channel within 45 working days. For guests who have purchased the tickets through other official channels, please contact the original ticket purchase channel to request a refund, or follow the instructions at the end of this notice.

For Other Resort Products and Services

For guests who have purchased a Disney Premier Tour Service, Disney Concierge Service, Early Park Entry Pass or other dated products and services for Shanghai Disneyland on October 31 and/or November 1 and/or November 2, 2021 through the Shanghai Disney Resort Official Website, App, WeChat Account, the Resort Reservation Center, the Resort Official Fliggy Flagship Store or Official Jingdong Flagship Store, you will obtain an automatic refund through the original purchase channel. For guests who have purchased a dated product and service through other official channels, please contact the original purchase channel to obtain a refund.

The two resort hotels at Shanghai Disney Resort continue to operate as normal, but we do understand if you wish to change your plans. For guests who have booked resort hotels for the night of October 31 and/or November 1 and/or November 2, 2021, you can contact the original purchase channel for enquiries.

*In accordance with existing Shanghai Disneyland attendance management policies, if a date is forecast to be a ‘high attendance day’ based on government guidelines on maximum capacity and should require such action, Shanghai Disneyland reserves the right to block out all guests holding General Admission tickets, including guests extending their tickets for October 31 and/or November 1 and/or November 2, 2021, on that date. 同時，所有已在樂園的游客在離園時需要在出口處接受核酸檢測，并遵循疾控中心的要求相隔24小時后再做核酸檢測，待兩次核酸檢測陰性后，做好后續12天自主健康監測。

Important Notice

To cooperate with the pandemic investigation in other provinces and cities, we have temporarily suspended entry into Shanghai Disneyland and Disneytown, and some attractions inside the park will also temporarily stop operating. Outdoor entertainment will continue as scheduled. Guests who are inside the park are reminded to strictly comply with pandemic prevention measures including wearing a mask and maintaining social distance at all times.

Guests will be required to undergo nucleic acid testing at the exit when leaving the resort, and follow Centre for Disease Control guidance - Guests will also be required to undergo another nucleic acid test after 24 hours. If both tests are confirmed to be negative, then guests will be asked to follow a 12-day self-health monitoring.
